Our packages are designed for executives. We tend to spend about 8 hours creating your perfect CV, and little more if you want support on improving your LinkedIn page and drafting a cover letter.
We are a small team of ex-business leaders, at executive/board level, who know how to create impactful CVs. Unlike some of our competitors, we do not offer a ‘vanilla’ service using standard templates. Instead, we produce high impact, output focused CVs that are relevant and appealing to busy business leaders and hiring managers.

How do we develop the content?
We will construct a brand new executive CV (and LinkedIn profile & cover letter) from scratch.
Our CVs showcase leadership, managerial, communications and delivery skills by focusing on key achievements, managerial and financial responsibilities, subject matter experience, and proven professional competence.
What format do we use?
We create Performance Reverse Chronological CVs which are, in our view, the most popular with recruiters and hiring managers.
This is because these types of CVs are easy to assimilate quickly, and they provide a good format for displaying the candidate’s skills, experience and competencies.

Stage 1: Send us your CV
We will review your CV against our “top 10 tips” for successful CV writing.
Step 2: Consultation
We will carry out a short consultation to fully understand your needs.
Stage 3: First draft
We send you the first CV draft within a few days. In our experience this should be 80% complete.
Stage 4: CV Complete
We will continue to refine your CV until you are 100% happy that it meets your needs.
Stage 5: LI Profile & Cover Letter
We will help you improve your LinkedIn profile and, if needed, develop your cover letter.
